Serve & Sip Pickleball Club OpCo LLC (“Serve & Sip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of safeguarding the personal information provided to us by users of our website, www.serveandsippickleballclub.com/www.serveandsip.com (the “Website”), our mobile application (the “App”), and our related services (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and have implemented this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

This Policy covers the treatment and use of personally identifiable information and personal data collected via the Website, the App, and in connection with the Services (“Personal Information”). This Policy does not govern Personal Information collected from any other source or in any other manner.

The Information We Collect and How We Use It

Personal Information

This Policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to Serve & Sip when using the Website, App, or Services. We consider “Personal Information” to mean information about an identifiable person. When you visit, use, and/or interact with the Services, we may collect certain Personal Information about you, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth.

If you become a member of Serve & Sip or book services through our platform, you may be asked to create an account with PodPlay, a third-party booking, membership management, and payment processing platform. You may be asked to provide an email address and password as well as additional Personal Information to PodPlay. PodPlay’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will govern the use and disclosure of information provided to PodPlay. If you make dining reservations through our restaurant, The Drop Kitchen & Bar, your reservation information may be processed through Toast, a third-party restaurant management and reservation platform. Toast’s Privacy Policy will govern the use and disclosure of information provided through their platform.

Financial Information

Billing and payment information such as credit and debit card information may be required when you become a member of Serve & Sip, book court time or services, make dining reservations, or purchase products online. Online payment transactions are processed by third-party hosting and payment processing platforms, including PodPlay and Toast. Your payment information will be provided to these third parties, and their respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Use will govern the use and disclosure of that information.

IP Address

An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider when you log on. Your IP address is not linked to your Personal Information, but Serve & Sip reserves the right to use IP addresses to identify individuals who threaten the Website, App, or other users. IP addresses may also be used to help diagnose problems and to gather broad demographic information.

Other Information

When you access the Services, we will automatically receive certain information about your use of the Services, including the date and time of access, IP address, device type, browser software and operating system, referring website address, and the types of activities you are engaged in while using the Services. This information is used to help us improve and enhance the Services.

Serve & Sip contracts with non-affiliated third parties and business partners to host the Website and provide data collection and reporting regarding users’ activities. These third parties may use cookies on our behalf and receive information about users’ browsing activity. Acquisition of Business

If that occurs, a notice will be posted on the Website.

Personal Information is retained to deliver our services and fulfill identified purposes. At some point, Serve & Sip may elect to destroy, erase, or anonymize your Personal Information. Once anonymized, we will not attempt to re-identify the information.

The Website and App may contain links to or embedded versions of websites owned by third parties, including social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Serve & Sip is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any linked websites.

Serve & Sip will maintain reasonable procedures to protect the security and confidentiality of Personal Information in accordance with applicable law, including the use of firewalls, SSL certificates, and limiting access to authorized personnel. Personal Information will be stored on servers located in the United States.

However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we will not be liable for the disclosure of Personal Information that occurs due to transmission errors or the actions of any third party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the unlikely event of a security breach that results in unauthorized disclosure of Personal Information, Serve & Sip will promptly notify affected individuals by posting information on the Website and, if possible, by email notification.

We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt, with the possibility of a forty-five (45) day extension if reasonably necessary.
